Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Supervisor / Foreman to support a water infrastructure project in King's Lynn. The role is a 4-5 week contract with immediate start, demanding strong site supervision and delivery on time and to specification.

The successful candidate will manage toolbox talks, liaise with the client, oversee subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate materials and plant to keep the works on track.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Black or Gold) required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS accreditation.
• EUSR Clean water hygiene training.
• Experience on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes desired.
• Strong civil engineering background and IT literacy.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and site meetings.
• Liaise with client and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Order materials and coordinate plant and labour.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of water infrastructure works.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and to specification.
• Maintain quality records and support Site Agent and Project Manager.

Supervisor / Foreman Requirements
