Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to shape the stability of the systems behind every click, query and live change. Our Site Reliability team protects and improves the availability, performance and resilience of the systems that support our global product.

This role combines software engineering, automation and incident response to reduce toil and strengthen service health across a complex technical estate.

Qualifications

• Solid SRE background focused on reliability and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting and observability practices.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resilient tools and automation for system management.
• Write and contribute to telemetry and instrumentation to improve reliability.
• Build dashboards and operational views from telemetry platforms.
• Configure and manage edge services and integrate telemetry with observability tools.
• Handle end-to-end incident diagnosis and remediation coordination.
