Job summary

Bet365 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the stability of our global systems. You will combine software engineering, automation and incident response to reduce toil, enhance observability and ensure service health across a complex estate.

This role uses OpenTelemetry, Splunk, New Relic and Grafana to surface issues and guide improvements. You will work across SRE, development and IT Operations, promote reliability in the software lifecycle and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with SRE and reliability engineering principles.
• Hands-on with observability and telemetry tooling.
• Automation and coding for operational efficiency.
• Cloudflare or edge platform knowledge (DNS/CDN/WAF).
• Experience in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with LLM platforms for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resilient tools, APIs and automation for system management.
• Write code and instrumentation to improve reliability and observability.
• Build dashboards and operational views using telemetry data.
• Configure Cloudflare edge services and integrate with observability platforms.
• Diagnose incidents end-to-end and drive remediation.
• Participate in live incident response and post-mortems.
