Job summary

Greencore Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders in Tilmanstone, Kent. You will deliver the People Plan, drive engagement, support leadership capability, and ensure smooth people processes aligning with business performance.

You will manage employee relations, attendance, and complex people matters, while collaborating with HR operations, payroll, reward, and talent teams to implement initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business priorities and HR impact on performance
• Excellent communication across audiences, proactive and solutions-focused

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to diagnose people challenges and deliver actions
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and attendance management
• Support compliance activities including SEDEX audits and modern slavery requirements
• Produce and analyse people data to support leadership decisions
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise across operations, payroll, reward, talent acquisition and learning
• Drive engagement initiatives and annual engagement survey actions
• Build relationships with unions, employee forums and temporary labour providers
• Support reward processes including pay reviews and HR system implementation
• Strengthen workforce planning and talent pipelines for hourly and salaried roles
• Coach managers to develop capability and lead change and succession processes
