Job summary

Greencore seeks an experienced HR professional to partner with site and functional leaders, delivering practical people solutions that improve performance and culture. You will coach managers, lead engagement activities and manage complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold MCIPD/FCIPD (or equivalent) and have strong relationship-building, coaching, and policy knowledge, with a collaborative approach to building capability across the business.

Qualifications

• MCIPD/FCIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site and functional leaders to support business objectives.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, conduct and wellbeing.
• Lead colleague engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback programmes.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring issues are handled fairly and in line with policy.
• Develop relationships with trade unions and colleague representatives.
• Support talent development, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Support organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
