Greencore is seeking an experienced Lead People Partner for an interim four-month role, based at the Hatfield depot. You will lead the regional People team supporting nine distribution centres across the South of England and South Wales.

You will partner with site and functional leaders to deploy people priorities, provide pragmatic advice, and drive employee engagement and relations while ensuring compliance across the region.

Formación

• CIPD qualification at MCIPD or FCIPD level.
• Proven operational HR or People leadership experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing would be valuable.
• Logistics or distribution experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of employment legislation and employee-relations practice.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and handle sensitive employee-relations matters pragmatically.
• Proactive, organized approach with drive to deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site and functional leaders to deploy people priorities and provide pragmatic advice to support leadership and business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to People team across the region with clear priorities and high standards.
• Lead colleague engagement agenda, communication and colleague-voice activity.
• Lead employee-relations activity, including engagement with unions and representatives for fair outcomes.
• Work with Centres of Excellence to support talent, succession and development across the region.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection, People policies and the HR agenda.
• Build line-manager capability by coaching leaders to manage performance and apply policies confidently.
