Greencore, a leading UK food producer, seeks a People Partner on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The role operates on a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) with core hours 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and how HR drives performance.

• Experience delivering HR or people-focused projects to completion.
• Strong analytical capability with data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to diagnose people challenges and support actions.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and attendance.
• Produce and analyse people data to support decision making.
• Drive engagement initiatives and annual engagement survey actions.
• Strengthen workforce planning and talent pipelines.
• Coach and develop managers to support change and succession processes.
