Job summary

Greencore is seeking a proactive HR professional for its Tilmanstone site in Kent to lead the People Plan and provide pragmatic support to senior leaders. You will drive engagement, strengthen leadership capability and ensure effective people processes to support business performance.

This site-based role requires delivering specialist guidance on employee relations, attendance and complex people matters, while partnering with HR centres of expertise to support business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR or people-focused projects through to completion.
• Strong relations with leaders and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to present people data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to diagnose people challenges and support actions.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, attendance and complex matters.
• Support ethical compliance activities including SEDEX audits and audits readiness.
• Produce and analyse people data and reports to aid leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise across operations, payroll, reward, and talent.
• Drive engagement initiatives and lead annual engagement survey actions.
• Strengthen workforce planning and talent pipelines for hourly and salaried roles.
