Job summary

Greencore is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Warrington site on a 12-month FTC. You’ll partner with site and functional leaders to deliver practical people solutions, coach managers, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policy.

Your role will support organisational growth and nurture a positive colleague experience. You’ll bring CIPD qualifications (or working towards) and a strong track record in employee relations within a fast-paced

Qualifications

MCIPD/FCIPD qualification (working towards) or equivalent HR experience.
Experience as HR Advisor, People Advisor or HR Business Partner.
Ideal: background in manufacturing/logistics environment.
Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Strong employee relations experience with complex casework.
Excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with managers at all levels.
Strong organisational skills; able to manage competing priorities.
Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with site and functional leaders; provide practical advice and challenge.
Coach managers on performance, attendance, conduct and wellbeing.
Lead colleague engagement initiatives and turn insights into actions.
Manage employee relations cases in line with policy and law.
Develop relations with trade unions and reps for effective consultation.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on talent development and succession.
Support change projects and ensure people impacts are managed.
Promote compliance with legislation, data protection and policies.
Contribute to inclusive, high-performing workplace practices.
