Job summary

Greencore is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with site and functional leaders, delivering practical people solutions to support performance and culture. You will coach managers, lead engagement initiatives and manage employee relations with a strong emphasis on compliant practices.

The role requires UK employment law knowledge, coaching skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• MCIPD or FCIPD qualification (working towards) or relevant experience.
• Previous HR Advisor/People Advisor/HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex casework.
• Excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site and functional leaders to support objectives.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, conduct and wellbeing.
• Lead colleague engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair handling.
• Develop relationships with trade unions and representatives for effective consultation.
• Support talent development, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Assist organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
• Promote compliance with employment laws and company policies.
