Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Lead People Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Bourne, Lincolnshire. You will partner with site leadership to deploy the people strategy, acting as a trusted adviser who drives engagement, capability and high-impact people solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key duties include leading the site people team, guiding talent, succession and development activity, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR

Qualifications

Senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
Clear and credible communication with senior stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with site and functional leaders to deploy people priorities and provide pragmatic advice.
Lead and develop the site people team and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Drive employee engagement and voice initiatives to improve site performance.
Lead day-to-day employee relations and escalate risks as needed.
Support talent, succession and development with Centres of Excellence.
