Qualifications

• Cleaning of accommodation blocks, offices and facilities.
• General building and grounds maintenance.
• Stock management and documentation duties.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence due to rural site location.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Look after the camp's general cleanliness and ensure fit for purpose.
• Clean offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks incl. ablutions/shower blocks.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Carry out general building maintenance.
• Carry out basic grounds maintenance.
• Handle stock management tasks and related records.
• Complete all relevant documentation using IT and paper systems.
• Fulfil other duties as required by the site management.
• Demonstrate general housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train. • Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Stock management tasks
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skillswith ability to use a tablet
• Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
