Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Site Operative to oversee the Training Estate facilities. You’ll clean accommodation blocks and offices, maintain grounds and buildings, and ensure safety and sustainability for Armed Forces training. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the rural location.

Hours are 08:00–16:30 Mon–Thu and 08:00–16:00 Fri. No prior experience required; a can-do attitude is valued and progression opportunities exist within Landmarc.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation.
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet.
• Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Look after the camp's general cleanliness and ensure facilities are fit for purpose.
• Clean offices, communal areas and accommodation blocks including ablutions and showers.
• Carry out sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming tasks.
• Perform general building maintenance.
• Carry out basic grounds maintenance.
• Complete all relevant documentation using IT and paper systems.
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train. What You’ll Do
