Job summary

Homefield College Limited is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to help ensure the college site is safe, secure, compliant and well-maintained. You will work with the Operations Manager and Estates team to manage day-to-day site operations, health and safety, fire safety and first aid, supporting students, staff and visitors.

The role involves coordinating site checks, managing documentation, supporting student transport, liaising with contractors, and helping create a positive learning

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site coordination is advantageous.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safety and security.
• Support health and safety compliance, including fire safety and first aid responsibilities.
• Coordinate site checks and inspections and manage site documentation.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to maintain a positive learning environment.
