Job summary

Woking High School seeks an experienced Site and Compliance Manager to lead the efficient operation, maintenance, safety and development of the school site. You will ensure buildings, grounds and facilities provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

The role requires a practical, hands-on approach, combining leadership with forward planning and a willingness to contribute to operational needs, including responding to emergencies and activities outside

Qualifications

• Premises management experience, preferably in an educational environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Ability to manage rolling maintenance plans and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation, maintenance, safety and development of the school site to provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies and support activities outside normal school hours.
• Oversee future developments and ensure the rolling maintenance plan is delivered on time and within budget.

Premises management experience, preferably inan educational environment, is important and candidates should have an excellentworking knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in order to keep our sitesafe, clean and secure.

The successful candidate will also play animportant role in managing future developments as well as ensuring our rollingmaintenance plan is achieved on time and within budget.
