Arbour Vale School is seeking an enthusiastic Business Operations Co-Ordinator to support day-to-day school operations. The role oversees maintenance requests, health and safety compliance, and PFI service standards, coordinating contractors and managing transport logistics to ensure a safe, high-performing environment.

This hands-on role requires site activity, asset management, and fleet readiness checks; a clean driving licence and familiarity with H&S/COSHH are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and COSHH.
• Clean driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary administrative link for site requests, monitor the operations mailbox, and log tasks with correct priority codes.
• Manage the asset lifecycle, including tagging new equipment and maintaining the digital inventory on Parago.
• Conduct weekly site tours to identify hazards or maintenance requirements for reporting to Pinnacle.
• Manage daily fleet readiness, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged or fuelled and charging infrastructure is functional.
