Job summary

UK Management College seeks a Health & Safety Coordinator to support compliance across campuses, conduct inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, and help maintain safety and environmental management systems.

You will work under the Health & Safety Advisor, engage with managers and contractors, and travel between campuses as required to ensure compliant and safe learning and working environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting health, safety, environmental, compliance, facilities, estates, or operational activities.
• Experience conducting inspections and compliance reviews across sites.
• Experience maintaining records, reports, and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine HSE inspections across campuses.
• Maintain records, reports and action trackers.
• Assist in risk assessments and control measures.
• Prepare audit readiness documentation and reports.
• Deliver health and safety inductions and briefings.
