Five Education is seeking a proactive Site Manager to maintain a safe and welcoming educational environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The role involves regular safety checks, grounds maintenance and coordination with the Site Operations Manager to deliver planned and reactive tasks.

The ideal candidate will understand school health and safety, be confident with IT systems to maintain compliance records, and communicate effectively with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining health and safety in a school or similar environment.
• Ability to use IT systems and maintain compliance records.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors.
• Be organised, dependable and able to manage workload effectively.
• Be proactive and able to take initiative and resolve issues independently.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out regular site maintenance and safety checks.
• Undertaking ad hoc cleaning duties as required.
• Managing general grounds maintenance to keep the site safe and presentable.
• Working with Site Operations Manager to complete planned and reactive tasks.
• Updating compliance records and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using iAM Compliant.
• Raising requisitions and supporting site administration processes.
• Assisting in maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site.
