Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and own the site operations.

You will drive operational excellence, coordinate with HR, Finance, DSP, IT, ACES and Engineering, and deliver initiatives to improve safety, quality and productivity. You will mentor managers, analyse performance metrics, and shape the day-to-day and future site operations to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in English-language communication, written and verbal.
• Experience managing stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required.
• Experience in distribution center, logistics or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Own your site, resolve issues and improve site performance.
• Analyze site performance against objectives and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with PxT (HR), Finance, DSP, IT, ACES and Engineering units.
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve site operational performance.
