Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site, drive safety, quality and productivity, and oversee projects across the network.

You will guide a team to uphold high standards, manage shift performance, and collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise practices while delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on creating a culture of safety, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring efficient, high-quality operations across Fulfilment Centres in the CF

Qualifications

• Experience in people management.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and ability to take direction in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level.
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
