Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and drive performance across fulfilment sites. You will shape operational plans, mentor managers, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Safety, and Security to exceed targets.

You will analyze shift metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to innovate day-to-day operations. This role centers on leadership, safety, and scalable process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree required.
• Experience in people management and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience using data to make business decisions and manage training efforts.
• Experience with operations/supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams, address issues, and improve site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security teams.
• Design and deliver initiatives across sites to enhance operational performance.
