Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a Site Manager on a 6 month rolling contract based in Suffolk. You will be in charge of all site operations, directing and organising activities to deliver planned work safely and on time.

You will provide operational leadership to project delivery teams and support the Field Operations Manager with procedures and policies while providing high-standard internal reporting and liaising with clients, sub-contractors, enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organise site activities to ensure planned work is delivered safely and on time
• Provide operational leadership and guidance for project delivery teams
• Support the Field Operations Manager with implementing procedures and policies
• Complete internal reporting to a high standard and interface with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
