Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a Site Manager on a 6 month rolling contract based in Suffolk. You will be in charge of all site operations, directing and organising activities to deliver planned work safely and on time.

You will provide operational leadership to project delivery teams and support the Field Operations Manager with procedures and policies while providing high-standard internal reporting and liaising with clients, sub-contractors, enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Site Manager on a 6 month rolling contract based in Suffolk.

Role Summary

To be in charge of all site operations including, directing and organising site activities to ensure that the planned work is delivered safely and on time; and monitoring that performance meets recognised standards of productivity, quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions. Provide operational leadership and guidance for the project delivery teams on your allocated project and support the Field Operations Manager with the implementation of all procedures and policies whilst providing support and guidance to other members of the site management and delivery team.

Complete all necessary internal reporting to a high standard and lead by example when interfacing with external parties such as clients, project stakeholders, sub-consultants/subcontractors, enforcement agencies, local planning authorities & statutory bodies.
