Brett Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead our Shrubland and Barham Quarry operations in the UK. You will guide day-to-day site activities, drive forward planning, and maintain a strong on-site presence with leadership across teams.

You will foster a positive SHEQ culture, build solid relationships with customers and the transport/commercial teams, and ensure maximum performance of people and plant. This role blends office and on-site work in a dynamic materials group.

Qualifications

• Experienced team leader with tangible impact on site operations.
• Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments.
• Proven ability to complete site records for management accounts.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership of responsibilities.
