Brett Group is seeking an Assistant/Trainee Recycling Manager for our busy operation in the Staines area. Reporting to the Recycling Manager, you will help run the site safely and efficiently while learning operational leadership in a fast-paced recycling environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Recycling team as an Assistant/Trainee Recycling Manager at our busy operation in Hithermoor, Staines.
Reporting to the Recycling Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your management and operational skills within a fast-paced recycling environment. You will work closely with site Supervisors and Operatives, playing a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and environmental performance, while supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the operation.
