Job summary

BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is hiring for a duty manager to support the Centre Manager across all site operations. You will oversee health and safety, production, logistics and aftersales while driving people management and customer service excellence.

We offer a competitive salary, car/car allowance, annual bonus and a strong benefits package, including pension and health support. The role includes some out-of-hours and Saturday rota duties as part of a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team or shift
• Ability to delegate and motivate to achieve targets

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Centre Manager and lead across the site.
• Ensure safety standards are met and non-conformances addressed quickly.
• Resolve queries and complaints from internal and external stakeholders.
• Share responsibility for ISO and Security with the Management Team.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management.
• Oversee vehicle production administration and data entry.
• Ensure efficient dispatch to hauliers and SLA compliance.
• Monitor KPI trends and drive continuous improvement.
