Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standards. You will work closely with project teams, clients and management to review project requirements, monitor progress and maintain health, safety and quality compliance across multiple sites.

• Strong understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategy with the project team.
• Review project documentation to understand scope and requirements.
• Oversee mobilisation to completion, ensuring work meets programme and specs.
• Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
• Assess works via site visits and surveys; identify risks and requirements.
• Prepare and update RAMS, reports and programme updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors and communicate project needs to management.
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and company procedures on site.
• Plan health and safety procedures across projects.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Manage day-to-day queries with subcontractor supervisors.
• Support development of subcontractor relationships and supply chain.
• Liaise with procurement to ensure timeliness of orders.
