City Site Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for Berkshire-based traditional construction projects with a reputable main contractor. The role requires coordinating pre-construction through completion, delivering on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

You will lead site teams, liaise with clients and commercial teams, and uphold health and safety standards across multiple concurrent schemes in a busy regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager for a main contractor.
• Strong background in traditional construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
• Experience with multi-occupancy or residential projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and project teams.
• Monitor programme, costs, quality and health & safety.
• Manage client relationships and attend project meetings.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and the commercial team.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain relationships.
• Review project performance and identify potential issues.
• Ensure projects deliver in line with contractual requirements.
• Report progress and performance to senior management.
