Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead social housing retrofit projects across South Wales, focusing on External Wall Insulation and energy efficiency works. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time in occupied properties.

The successful candidate will have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and a proven track record in retrofit or refurbishment in social housing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering social housing retrofit, EWI, planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.
• Understanding of EWI systems and retrofit construction methods.
• Experience managing occupied properties and tenant-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day delivery of social housing retrofit and refurbishment projects.
• Overseeing EWI, fabric improvement and energy efficiency works.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensuring safety, programme, and quality standards are met.
• Managing site documentation, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Liaising with clients, tenants and project stakeholders.
• Identifying site risks and driving project performance.
