Job summary

You will develop strong client relationships, coordinate with consultants and partners, and identify risks with effective solutions. Experience in EWI, fabric improvements and decarbonisation programmes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering social housing retrofit projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of EWI systems and retrofit construction methods.
• SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent qualifications.
• Commercial awareness in contract delivery.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing delivery of multiple social housing retrofit projects.
• Managing Site Managers and project delivery teams.
• Leading programmes involving External Wall Insulation (EWI), fabric improvement and energy efficiency works.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Supporting commercial and operational performance across the division.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions.
• Driving quality, compliance and customer satisfaction standards.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the specialist retrofit team.
