Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Cardiff, Wales seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead EWI and facade refurbishment projects on occupied residential blocks. You will manage the removal and replacement of failed systems, supervise rendering and re-rendering, and drive programmes across multiple blocks in South Wales.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong track record in EWI, and delivering projects to time and budget while maintaining safety and quality for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EWI/facade refurbishment on occupied dwellings.
• Understanding of retrofit/decarbonisation and PAS 2030 benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervision of EWI works.
• Oversee rendering, facade refurbishment and cladding activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to drive programme.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and residents and report progress.
