Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Cardiff, South Wales, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver EWI and facade refurbishment for social housing projects. This permanent role focuses on external wall insulation installations, rendering and occupied-block works, with a long-term programme across South Wales.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, safety and quality, drive programme performance and liaise with clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Proven background in External Wall Insulation (EWI) and facade refurbishment projects.
• Experience delivering EWI remediation or replacement schemes in social housing.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work and a Full UK Driving Licence are essential.
• Strong understanding of cladding refurbishment and retrofit programmes.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Overseeing EWI, rendering and facade refurbishment activities.
• Managing subcontractors, labour and material procurement.
• Driving programme performance and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, residents and internal stakeholders.
• Carrying out inspections, quality checks and progress reviews.
• Managing site documentation and reporting requirements.
