Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager in South Wales to lead social housing retrofit and EWI projects. The role covers occupied properties, fabric improvement and energy efficiency works, with a focus on keeping projects safe, on schedule and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience in retrofit, a sound understanding of EWI, and possess SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous site management experience within social housing, refurbishment, maintenance or retrofit sectors.
• Sound understanding of Exterior Wall Insulation (EWI) systems and retrofit construction methods.
• Experience managing occupied properties and tenant-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of social housing retrofit and refurbishment projects.
• Overseeing External Wall Insulation (EWI), fabric improvement and energy efficiency works.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Managing site documentation, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Liaising with clients, tenants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Identifying site risks, resolving issues and driving project performance.
• Supporting project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
