Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to lead roofing refurbishment works within social housing schemes around Nottingham, Mansfield and surrounding areas. You will manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with site teams to keep projects on track.

The role offers progression and a permanent position with a growing nationwide outfit, covering pitched roofing projects and general construction in the local region. Driving licence is required.

£40,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Car + Benefits

Monday - Friday, 39 hours

Are you a Site Manager with pitched or flat roofing experience looking for a varied role covering social housing projects around Nottingham, Mansfield and the surrounding areas?

They have won a large social housing contract and require a permanent Site Manager to cover pitched roof refurbishment projects around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

This company are going through some fantastic expansion and cover everything from roofing to civil engineering. The company have a local office in the Nottingham area, and the projects will be local.
