Job summary

Construction in Mansfield is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee roofing and refurbishment projects with autonomy and direct client interaction. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while controlling programmes and budgets.

The role offers a 39-hour week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of 50,000–55,000 plus a company vehicle/allowance, bonus and progression opportunities, within a growing, family-like business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or refurbishment projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts on roofing & refurbishment projects in the Mansfield area.
• Procure and order materials and associated supplies.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, programmes and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work on site Monday to Friday, 39 hours.

The Role
