Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Mansfield is seeking a Contracts Manager with roofing/refurbishment background to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.

You will manage on-site activities, procure materials, oversee subcontractors and budgets, build strong client relationships, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

This permanent, on-site role offers a 39-hour week, a salary of £50,000–£55,000 plus a company vehicle/allowance, bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing/refurbishment projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities
