A renewable energy company is seeking a Qualified Supervisor and Site Manager to oversee installation projects of commercial Solar PV systems across the UK. This role involves managing installer teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining communication with customers. Candidates must have a strong background in managing site teams, excellent leadership skills, and be qualified in City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3. We're looking for an experienced Qualified Supervisor and Site Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. With major growth underway, this is a prime chance to develop, lead, and make a real impact on our future. In this role you will oversee the installation of commercial Solar PV systems, work closely with our Head of Commercial Operations and installer teams to deliver high‑quality, safe, and efficient projects, and act as a key point of contact for customers to provide excellent service throughout the process. This hands‑on position may require rolling up your sleeves to meet tight deadlines or cover unexpected absences. Most of your time will be spent on sites across the UK.

Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role we are looking for candidates based in the North. The position will involve some travel, including overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday – Friday.
