SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Site Manager (Electrical) to lead subcontractors on transmission substations across Central and Southern Scotland. The role covers site leadership, safety, and delivery on time and within budget, with travel across multiple sites and a 37-hour week.

You will oversee technical delivery, review construction works, and ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications while coordinating stakeholders and supporting

Formación

• Hands-on experience with electrical substations and transmission projects.
• Experience managing contractors on complex electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to work in live electrical environments and enforce Electrical Safety Rules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site activities across multiple fronts.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
• Monitor progress against plans and milestones and provide leadership on site.
