Job summary

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on major energy infrastructure projects across Scotland. The role is predominantly on-site, coordinating works, resources and project teams to deliver safely and to schedule.

You will work within a supportive framework on high-voltage transmission and substations, with travel as required. The successful candidate will have civil engineering background, strong leadership and a focus on safety and quality, plus excellent

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar site management role
• Strong civil engineering and infrastructure background
• Experience coordinating site operations and project teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day site activities and resources
• Understanding of health, safety and quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities to keep works progressing safely and efficiently
• Lead the project team and subcontractors on day-to-day operations
• Manage resources, equipment, and materials across sites
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and project specs
