Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee subcontractor-led projects across the North of England, including Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and nationwide. Typically 1–3 week projects valued around £100k, with home nights most of the time and occasional longer stays.

You will oversee 1–2 sites at once, monitor subcontractor progress, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management or Site Supervision experience.
• Experience within utilities, drainage, civils or construction.
• Strong understanding of health & safety.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors.
• Good understanding of site progress and programme management.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + up to 18% bonus
