Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee subcontractor-led projects across the North of England. The role focuses on health & safety, quality, and progress across Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, and nationwide assignments.

The ideal candidate will manage 1–2 projects at a time, work on modestly valued projects, and stay away rarely, with home nights common. Start ASAP with permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management or Site Supervision experience.
• Experience within utilities, drainage, civils or construction.
• Strong understanding of health & safety.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors.
• Good understanding of site progress and programme management.

• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + up to 18% bonus
