Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee subcontractor-led projects across the North of England, with Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington in the mix. The role places a strong emphasis on health and safety, quality and keeping projects on programme.

You will typically oversee 1–2 projects at a time, with project values around £100k and work requiring site visits. Home most nights, with opportunities across nationwide, though travel is not excessive.

Qualifications

• Site management or supervision experience.
• Experience in utilities, drainage, civils or construction.
• Strong understanding of health & safety.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors.
• Good understanding of site progress and programme management.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + up to 18% bonus
