Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee subcontractor-led projects across the North of England. The role focuses on health & safety, quality, and progress, with duties across Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington and some nationwide travel.

You will manage 1-2 projects at a time, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with subcontractors on site progress. A Full UK driving licence is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management or Site Supervision experience.
• Experience within utilities, drainage, civils or construction.
• Strong understanding of health & safety.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors.
• Good understanding of site progress and programme management.
• Able to work independently across multiple projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 + up to 18% bonus
