Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a CAT A/B commercial fit-out project in Shrewsbury. You will coordinate on-site activities, manage 10–15 subcontractors, enforce health and safety standards, and drive delivery within a 10-week window.

Parking on site is free; work hours are 07:00–16:00, starting 07/09. Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and first-aid qualifications are preferred. This role requires strong leadership and proven experience in similar CAT A fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities and subcontractor work.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure quality control.
• Drive project delivery within a 10-week window and liaise with client/design teams.
