Job summary

Bigblue Search Ltd is seeking a Freelance Site Manager (CAT B) to lead a £2.1m commercial fit-out in Central Brighton. Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure on-time delivery within a 16-week window.

You will maintain health and safety on site, liaise with the project team, and keep accurate site records using IT reporting systems. Parking is available on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong IT skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a £2.1m commercial fit-out from start to finish, working on a well-organised project with parking available on site.

• Managing the day-to-day running of a CAT B commercial fit-out project
