Job summary

Connect Central seeks an experienced Site Manager for a fast-track commercial fit-out project in Runcorn. The role requires hands-on leadership of trades, labour and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will have a joinery/carpentry background preferred, solid site management experience, and valid SMSTS and CSCS cards. IPAF is desirable but not essential. 11-hour shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Must have valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
Experience on fast-paced fit-out projects is essential.
Proven ability to manage trades, labour and subcontractors on busy sites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise trades, labour and subcontractors on the fast-track retail/commercial fit-out.
Ensure site safety, quality and programme adherence across the project.
Lead on-site daily briefings and manage subcontractor performance.
