Job summary

Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance works on HRB high-rise buildings across Leamington Spa, with a home base in Leamington Spa. You will lead subcontractors, direct labour and operational teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong communication with residents, clients and internal stakeholders, plus experience in coordinating complex programmes and logistics on social housing projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing site-based teams, subcontractors and multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and quality requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of planned maintenance works on High rise buildings, on one of high value social housing projects.

Opportunity Snapshot

• Managing external works stream within one of WPS's most significant contracts.
• Covering projects across Leamington Spa with a designated home office based in Leamington Spa
• Leading subcontractors, direct labour and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensuring health and safety is at the highest standards during home visits

Essential

Experience We're Seeking

• Experience working on HRB's (high rise buildings)
• Proven experience managing site-based teams, subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale social housing planned maintenance programmes.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
