Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance works on high rise social housing projects with a home office based in Leamington Spa. You will lead subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery while maintaining strong relationships with residents and clients.

Essential experience includes HRB projects, team leadership, and a solid health & safety track record, with a full UK driving licence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of planned maintenance works on High rise buildings, on one of high value social housing projects.

Opportunity Snapshot

• Managing external works stream within one of WPS's most significant contracts.
• Covering projects acrossLeamington Spawith a designated home office based in Leamington Spa
• Leading subcontractors, direct labour and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensuring health and safety is at the highest standards during home visits

Experience We're Seeking

Essential

• Experience working on HRB's (high rise buildings)
• Proven experience managing site-based teams, subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale social housing planned maintenance programmes.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
