Due to continued growth and a new social housing programme, Wates Property Services (WPS) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Works team on a 7-month fixed-term contract covering Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset.
Working alongside one of our social housing partners, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across occupied residential properties. Typical works may include kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and doors, energy efficiency improvements, and wider property investment works.
This opportunity would suit a proven Site Manager with a strong background in planned social housing maintenance, who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality projects while maintaining excellent client and resident relationships.
Drawing on similar internal planned works project manager roles within WPS, the position focuses on safe, profitable and customer-focused project delivery.
