Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package

The Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of refurbishment, cut & carve, and fit-out projects (Cat A and Cat B). Reporting to a Senior Site Manager, you will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

The Project

This project involves a commercial refurbishment including structural work, facade refresh, and CAT A fit-out in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations from pre-start to handover
• Manage health & safety compliance
• Coordinate subcontractor performance
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Collaborate with commercial and design teams to resolve issues
• Lead site progress meetings and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record delivering high-value commercial or fit-out projects within a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
